SANTO DOMINGO. – On March 5, 2025 at 3:00 pm, at the León Jiménez Center in Santiago de Los Caballeros, the book "The 10 Commandments of the Real Estate Sector" will be launched, written by Johan Japhet Febrillet Pérez, an experienced agent in the real estate niche with a long track record in sales, training and leadership.
With over 16 years of experience, Febrillet Pérez has worked in diverse fields, beginning his career as a language instructor at institutions such as APEC University and UASD, before becoming a top producer at Noval, where he generated over $38 million in sales in a short period. Currently, he is a student of International Relations and dedicates his time to providing coaching, conferences, and seminars to inspire and transform leaders and entrepreneurs.
His book, "The 10 Commandments of the Real Estate Sector," aims to offer an essential guide for professionals in the sector, providing practical and proven advice that will allow them to achieve success in an increasingly competitive market. "The motivation behind the book stems from the lack of specialized literature on the real estate sector in the Dominican Republic, especially at a key moment of economic and tourism boom," the author told El Inmobiliario.

He explained that during the book presentation he will share his vision of the industry and the importance of professional excellence, ethics and transparency, principles he considers essential to avoid misinformation and lack of preparation in the sector.
"This book is a call to conscience for all real estate advisors," says Johan, who, upon discovering the scarcity of literature available in the sector during a visit to the National Library, decided to write a resource that would not only help close sales, but also promote the building of strong, long-term relationships with clients.

The event will feature a conference and training session where the book's content will be presented. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase the book and receive a personalized signature from the author. Real estate agents seeking to improve their practices and contribute to strengthening the real estate market in the Dominican Republic are expected to attend.
